We provide fireworks, pyrotechnics, and special effects displays for all types of events and celebrations. These include;

The DazzleFX crew are fully licensed, trained, and highly skilled with years of experience. We are fully covered by all required insurances, including $20M Public Liability and Workers Compensation. Insurance certificates are available upon request should your venue require them.
No, you can relax, as DazzleFX takes care of obtaining all the necessary permits and notifications for your firework display. We may ask you to obtain written approval from the owner of your venue to grant permission for fireworks to be used at their property.
Obviously, the more notice, the better! Our schedule can fill up very quickly, especially at peak times of the year. For traditional outdoor fireworks, a minimum of 2 weeks is required. For fireworks on water, a minimum of 6 weeks. For other services, depending on our availability, we can take bookings up to the day before.
To ensure a stress-free event, DazzleFX will always send a professional crew to set up, operate and pack up the equipment. We don’t offer a hire service as such.
DazzleFX offers a 100% money back guarantee. If you and your guests were unhappy with the fireworks display, or the special effects services provided, we will refund all monies paid.
Once you are ready to book us in, we will send you a link to your online booking form, which may require further details to be provided. Once we have all the necessary details we will send you an invoice for the deposit required to secure your booking with us.
We normally require a small non-refundable deposit on booking, in order to secure your booking, with the remainder due one month prior to your event.
We accept EFT payments, or PayPal and credit card payments (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) which do attract a surcharge / processing fee.
We do not currently offer Afterpay, or Zip unfortunately.
If you have to reschedule your event due to COVID-19, we will happily work with you to find an alternative date that works for everyone, and yes absolutely, the deposit can be transferred to the new date. If you have to cancel your event due to COVID-19, then we will happily refund 100% of all monies paid, minus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred – We are all in this together and DazzleFX is always 100% committed to providing the very best in customer service.
